It’s all about the music

In this paper, I will explore some of the many benefits of music and how it can be used to improve the quality of life.         
One could argue that listening to music has several benefits, including inducing relaxation and helping people to destress. However, it is often beneficial for more than just mental health. It has been proven to be beneficial for physical health as well, helping to improve moods, relieve stress, and strengthen the immune system.
